Section 1 – Constitutional and Human Rights in Canada.
Preamble
As a Canadian, I believe that everyone should have equal rights to life, liberty, and security of person along with the right to the absence of deprivation of those said rights except in accordance with the moral and ethical principles of fundamental justice secured as one nation under God. I also believe that everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure including detention or imprisonment. In Canada, we believe that everyone has the right to absence of arbitrary detainment or imprisonment. Everyone in Canada also has the right upon arrest or detention to be informed promptly of the reasons for that arrest or detention including the right to retain legal counsel without delay and to be informed of that right. Finally, that person has the right to be released if the detention is not lawful. Every individual in Canada is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination based on race, national, or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age, mental, or physical disability. In addition, everyone has the following fundamental freedoms, including freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, including freedom of the press and other media communication, freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association.
Section 2 – Human Consciousness and Electromagnetic Fields.
We are all electrical beings and as such there resides around our heads a weak electromagnetic field which is connected to the earth’s geomagnetic field, the sun’s electromagnetic field and beyond. We simply would not exist in the absence of this connectivity. It is hypothesized here, that the manifestation of human preconsciousness and ultimately human consciousness, is a type of language that can only be understood in the presence of electromagnetic radiation. To decipher human consciousness languages form and evolve comprising a timeline of interconnected symbolism as a representation of visual imagery. This visual “minds eye” imagery is derived through connected universal experience within the human imagination. Imagination ultimately requires access to visual imagery derived through experience and a such represents a form of consciousness of language.
In the presence of electromagnetic radiation, where does preconsciousness come from as an a priori representation of consciousness manifest? I believe it may reside within the earth’s geomagnetic field which may act as an information hard drive containing historical information from previous multigenerational human experiences. Moreover, the location of this information seems relatively invariant in that its dynamic momentum remains relatively constrained by its geospatial location. It’s possible that some locations on Earth given their historical collective consciousness represent regions with a diminished capacity to pick appropriate truth-based answers connected to the absolute. Such geospatial locations may include those in amplified geomagnetic fields. These geological magnetic geospatial anomalies are distributed throughout the biosphere.
Within any human being resides the capacity to select truth-based answers that are amenable to the survival of our species on biosphere. How then is it that some geospatial locations historically seem to promote the manifestation of deception and unease while other locations manifest feelings of well-being? We often equate these emotive differences to the sense perception or intuition. Everyone possesses the capacity for is extrasensory perception (ESP) and yet these individuals continually remain unaware of their human potential throughout their entire life history. It is as if to say that the sleepy collective consciousness of some human communicators exhibits greater negativity than others. Moreover, certain historical events encoded in the earth’s geomagnetic field could also represent some form of electromagnetic emotive negativity sometimes known as possessing or giving off “bad vibes” or “bad energy”. When a thought arises in an individual’s consciousness through cognitive processing, it is hypothesised that these thoughts are entering the human psyche from outside the cranium. It is probable that a specific thought is information as intelligence travelling into the brain for processing from regions outside the brain on a radio carrier wave or more likely on photons or quanta of light. Less obvious is the manifestation of pre-consciousness (pre-awareness) which may or not process into consciousness manifest or awareness. Suffice it to say that choices must be made as to which thoughts are accepted as absolute truth, and which are illusory.
From a human evolutionary standpoint, it is also hypothesized here that the first thought that comes into the brain upon introspection is the correct one to consider acting upon as everything else seems to represent sub-variants of the truth. However, more often than not, it is as if to say individuals are trying to figure out how to avoid the right answer to further promote their survival which seems counterintuitive to long term evolutionary fitness. The capacity of the human mind to process correct answers entering the brain at light speed and then attempting find partial truth subvariants to consider is an effort to stay alive in a world fraught with illusion now represents itself as a catastrophic socio-cultural epidemic of mental illness. This mental health calamity is a direct manifestation of fear-based behavior and ultimately the fear of being punished. Being less fearful and more courageous in this regard requires that individuals make a concerted effort to pick truth – based answers in everything they do. We all fall far short of this ideal, however it is the awareness of the ideal that initiates the mindfulness-based training required for world peace and is ultimately a prerequisite for universal love and understanding.
Section 3 – Awakening, Experience and Universal Determinism.
There are some fundamental life principals that are not taught in the classrooms of North America. These are as follows: a) that life is entirely episodic b) emergence (synergy) is real and c) there is no such thing as an accident. Human episodic experiences manifest themselves continually along a timeline throughout an individual’s entire life history and may include sequences of events such as traumatic childhood experiences, falling in love, or the death of a loved one as examples. Episodic events reside on a continuum of experiences with no discontinuity between them. It makes no sense to isolate human experiences except in terms of memory recall by which experiences are recalled as having merit in relation to residing with the memory of the human condition. In other words, memorable experiences are stored comparable to that of memory on a hard drive of a computer possibly external to the cranium. Given that these events exist along a timeline of interconnected events it is not a huge leap to surmise that they are both interconnected and correlational in relation to their presence within the human psyche. Episodic overlap represents a form of emergence or synergy in which the whole is greater that the sum of the parts and as such is a real phenomenon within and between human experiences. What arises from these emergent properties could be considered to be advances in the conscious intelligence including wisdom, deep insight and extrasensory perception.
Perhaps more difficult to understand is the capacity for the universe to behave in ways that are yet unknowable yet intuitively felt. It is hypothesized here that the universe is completely deterministic and as such full of matter including dark matter, dark light, other forms of energy and force. With regards to the presence of a behaviourally deterministic universe, it reasons that if a cause initiates an effect, that effect by default becomes causal in relation to interaction with additional matter or force thereby manifesting another effect through the process of emergence and so on. As such, there may be no “happy accidents” in the known universe, only ascension and deterministic non-randomness across any scale across the four dimensions of spacetime.
We live in a world of electromagnetic radiation. In order for information or intelligence (consciousness) to travel it is hypothesized that it requires an electromagnetic field. These radiative fields can be strong or weak depending upon geospatial location of the specific field at a given scale and can either be naturally occurring, man made, or both, such as the interaction with the amplified interconnection of the Wi-Fi network with the Earth’s radar field which is ultimately connected to the earth’s geomagnetic field and beyond. Imagine human consciousness attached to a sticky carrier wave such as is used by Frequency Modulated Radio (FM) Amplitude Modulated Radio (AM) or Shortwave (SW) as examples (there are others including but not limited to as microwaves and ELF’s or Extremely Low Frequency Radio Waves to name a few). It reasons that any carrier wave along the spectrum is not devoid of information. In fact, a radio frequency carrier wave can also represent itself as a waveform containing information or in this instance a representation of human consciousness to be transmitted to the conscious observer via the sense perception. To say that consciousness exists at one level, and one level only is a misnomer as it is infinitely vast in its complexity and capacity to send information to either a conscious or sleepy communicator. Some individuals who possess extrasensory perception (ESP) are highly adept and traversing an information landscape that remains relatively unseen and as such intuitively unfelt by sleepy observers. Such individuals possessing extrasensory perception (ESP) throughout human history have traditionally been revered as shaman, seers, sages and prophets. I put it to you here that such persons have a desire to share what they have learned with others. Examples throughout human history are also rife with the misfortunes of those who have possessed such an awareness. A good example of the types of events that unfold in the presence of truth and an awareness of that truth include the crucifixion of Jesus Christ as an approximate 2000-year-old historical example. To cite an example from the New Testament, the disciples asked the lord “what will crucify you Lord” and he immediately replied “Envy”.
The information coming into the brain via the sense perception from the outside world to these individuals via electromagnetic fields is different that that being processed by others who remain relatively sleepy conscious communicators and as such remain relatively unaware. Aware individuals express desire to share their knowledge through teaching as an example. The awareness of shaman, seers, sages and prophets has been fraught with tragedy born out of fear-based envy and ultimately contempt by others in relation to their capacity to affect and change the world around them telepathically as transceivers, teachers or otherwise (Figure 1).

Section 4 – Cognitive Dissonance as a Prerequisite for Truth-Based Behaviour.
When absolute truth which is predicated in love begins to manifest and mature as an overarching paradigm within the psyche of an awakening individual, his or her old ways of living begin conflicting with a new burgeoning conscious reality which is now predicated in truth. When an immature individual denies this truth for fear of being punished or persecuted by society a war begins between these two conflicting world views or realities. When a sleepy conscious communicator begins to awaken from their preexisting reality and subsequent sleepy consciousness due to changes in the brain neurology as a result of changes in sense perception, all sorts of interpersonal and intrapersonal difficulties can arise. Cognitive dissonance begins to emerge as a resultant property of the interaction between two opposing states of reality of conscious awareness via these changes in the sense perception. This dissonance exists in relation to greater awareness of current environmental cues most likely due to shifts in objective reality as a result of the presence of perceived novel events unfolding in real time. These novel experiences are stored in memory. All sorts of negative neurological mental consequences including psychosis can arise when an individual fails to predicate their thoughts, feelings, actions and ultimately behaviours in absolute truth otherwise known as love out of fear of societal crucifixion. Throughout the course of our lifetime, we oscillate between a world of illusion and truth-based subjective–objective reality. The overlap between these two states of consciousness results in cognitive dissonance as we try to embrace two opposing worldviews at the same time. The interference pattern generated by this dissonance manifests a host of personal difficulties including but not limited to frustration, confusion, anxiety, desperation, aggression, needless suffering, self doubt, low self – esteem, poor self – confidence and suicide as examples of the emergent manifestation of mental illness.
Further compounding these cognitive difficulties as a resultant manifestation of cognitive dissonance, of the tragic events that punctuated the 20th century, none was more disturbing than WW1 and WW2 including wars in Korea and Vietnam. More recently the tragic events of 9/11 leading to wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan ushered in a new era of severe mental health calamity in the 21st century. This mental health epidemic has now permeated the collective consciousness of the biosphere. It must be stressed here that healthy awakened states of continuously altered states of consciousness or conscious awareness are fundamental to healthy human development. These awakened states allow for the derivation of experiential knowledge and wisdom in relation to previous states of memorized experience. In other words, our experiential memory determines our outcome in relation to the presence of current events under the confines of subjective–objective experience. Three states of conscious world views being Dystopia, Purgatory and Utopia as such, are all in direct communication with one another based upon varying degrees of life experience from the individualistic and collective view.
After the events of 9/11 in America there was a global shift in collective consciousness away from the ideal of Utopia towards a Dystopic world view. All three worlds being Dystopia, Purgatory and Utopia communicate with each other at any given spatiotemporal scale. It is the manifesting emergent properties of these interactions that in some instances can cause great societal and interpersonal difficulties. In other obvious instances not so much so. Any individual or collective group, at any scale, can oscillate between these world views over seconds, minutes, days, months or years depending on environmental context coming into the sense perception via the subjective-objective experience from the outside world and can be a source of great suffering or hope depending on the interaction.
Section 5 – Truth as Electromagnetic Energy.
It is once again hypothesized here that information travels into the human brain from the outside world. As stated, it is also hypothesized that this information travels on waves or quanta of electromagnetic radiation. Moreover, for every correct answer entering the brain predicated in “absolute truth” resides its potential polar opposite as a representation of “absolute evil”. The first component of this hypothesized intelligence is predicated in absolute truth which appears first to those who are highly self aware. As such, the optimal solutions derived from this awareness are predicated in love and can promote creative solutions to complex problems. However, an issue arises as stated that for thousands of years the maxim “an eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth” has and continues to be the foundational principal of punitive justice throughout history and remains so to this day. As a result, for every creative answer predicated in absolute truth there are a plethora of sub – optimal solutions derived by the individual that are ultimately destructive as they seem to address symptoms and not the crux of the problem at hand. Moreover, and yet not so obvious, within the crux of every problem resides the final solution. Sub- Optimal solutions are resultant fear-based human behaviours borne out of a fear of being persecuted for embracing the truth. Either way, the choices the individual are usually left with remain as they run sub-optimal trajectories on how best to avoid persecution attempting to increase their chances for survival and reproduction.
Section 6 – The Human Brain as a Two-Way Transceiver.
It is said the prayer is talking to God and that meditating is listening to God speaking. It is said in the New Testament and throughout religious texts around the world that “God is Love”. God is not some old man in the sky with a white flowing robe and staff but represents the infinite consciousness of love that permeates all things everywhere. Love is believed to be everywhere, and it is also believed to be intelligent in that it is forged in truth. It is faith in love with right effort predicated in truth that puts individuals on the pathway to enlightenment. The pathway to enlightenment must be free from the tyranny of deception and the individual must have conscious awareness of his or her relationship with sin and express a desire to overcome such behavioural obstacles to enlightenment including the role of fear, anger, shame, resentment, and guilt in contaminating spiritual connections to love.In other words, they must not try to commit physical, mental, emotional or spiritual suicide and as such must make the effort to love themselves and others to the best of their ability. I believe that is this effort that counts. In order to pray one must have a conscious contact with love otherwise known as the truth. This contact is made through faith knowing that love (truth) heals all things, and that God loves all people unconditionally.
Faith as a belief system that is formed over time through the derivation of circumstantial evidence that supports the power of prayer through the increasingly enhanced recognition of blessings bestowed upon the sender over time and space. The derivation of faith based circumstantial evidence derived as blessings over time through prayer is God’s way of talking to the receiver. In this instance the sender and receiver are the same person and is known as two -way communication device or transceiver. When an individual is ready to receive a blessing love behaves with universal intelligence as the receiver begins to recognize a blessing bestowed upon him or her. The capacity of an individual to recognized blessings begins to increase over time as his or her perceptive acuity and faith strengthens and grows. It has been said that if you pray from your heart with sincerity all prayers will be answered. Many people believe this to be true and will testify in that regard. So how does the universe which is replete with love hear our prayers. Well, our brains must be capable of sending electromagnetic signals into the space around us using only thought and conversely, must be able of receiving and decoding those telepathic return feedback signals which are then recognized as blessings to be added to our database of circumstantial evidence.
Faith can wax and wane over time, but it can be regained with effort and right living. As such, conscious thought must be electromagnetic radiation emanating outwards from the cranium into outer space travelling as a waveform at light speed or as quanta (packets) of light or both. Where is this thought coming from? The first answer is that it is entering the brain at least as fast as lightspeed. As if in a feedback loop we are receiving and sending information all the time consciously and subconsciously as if being guided by an unseen force or intelligent extra-terrestrial entity. Every time we ask God for a specific answer the response seems instantaneous. It is as if to say the answer was there the whole time.
Section 7 – Thought Reformation, Social Influence and The CIA in North America.
In North America, resentful individuals by no fault of their own ascribe to inappropriate forms of power structure acquisition as a direct result of having little power as children. This resentment which manifests itself as a result of early childhood trauma is being exploited and re-enforced through the continued support of both subtle and not so subtle neural encoding and decoding via television, radio, and social media. It is also international in scope under the auspices of the CIA’s MK-ULTRA’s Mind Control Program.
Specifically radar, radio, television, and social media continue to be used to target certain individuals using allusion and innuendo and is ultimately designed to wreak havoc of the normal baseline state of the human psyche through the integration of neuroscience and electrical engineering. It surmised here that years ago an Advanced Weapons System Platform coming out of the American Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) into the hands of the Military was garnered by Law Enforcement in North America. This weapons system in the 21st century now has extended capability in that I believe it can upload and download analogue to digital information regarding access to any number of individual’s visual imagery and subconscious to conscious imagined speech and as such continues to have mind reading capability. This mind reading capability thereby allows Cognitive Radar in conjunction with Artificial Intelligence the capability to neuromodulate and subsequently feedback correlational intelligence to the unwitting target(s) thereby eliciting and reinforcing thought reformation otherwise known as brainwashing as a political and psychosocial recruitment tool. The technique of neural decoding (mind reading of imagined speech) and cognitive reinsertion (neural encoding using memetics as an example) used in combination with gas-lighting tactics orchestrated by certain networks in collaboration with the CIA continues to be used to induce psychosis, paranoia, subsequent hospitalizations and in may instances suicide in unwitting human targets with limited outsider knowledge of the deep state community across any number of scales.
Here in Canada, in a letter written to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, I referred to this continued abuse of Cognitive Radar in the 21st century. The subsequent entrapment of individuals using mind reading as a means of scapegoating targeted civilian deemed undesirable by officials behaving as authoritarians in positions of power acting above the confines of the law (malfeasance) remains morally irreprehensible. Using grossly flagrant human rights violations, physical, psychological, mental, spiritual torture and abuse, individuals in positions of authority continue to target innocent civilians who have an astute awareness of the inner workings of law enforcement, the intelligence community, and the military in Canada. The destructive ideology of the CIA under which this authoritarian regime resides is blatantly vying for psychological head space with regards to what can only be perceived as white supremacy, greed, hate and resentment masquerading as political interest. The CIA has also been mastering scapegoat type aggression towards corporate political networks of competing interest predicated in resentment as a means of swaying the political landscapes of nations towards a fascist ideology more suited towards their own monetary and fear based personal interests in order to reinforce the Police State paradigm.
In North America, we have seen significant increases in the numbers of patients being admitted to hospital with acute and chronic psychosis. Canada has one of the highest rates of psychosis in the world next to Finland. Both nations by no coincidence border Russia. This spike in the rate of psychosis is not a result of a large immigrant population as postulated by the media but is presumably the result of the presence of a large contingency of both CIA and presumably Russian deep state agents in both Finland and Canada given the proximity to Russian territory. Recently, there has been a strong push on behalf of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of America to further Americanize the Canadian collective identity. I believe the reason for this attempted thought reformation is ultimately profiteering through indoctrination and ultimately the induction of white supremacy in both North America and globally using what some might perceive to be imperialist doctrine. This nefarious behaviour combined with advances in authoritarian forms of mass surveillance and its attempted societal normalization in the 20th and 21st century has come to represent one of the major root causes of our international difficulties at present.
Psychosis is defined from the DSM- V Manual as being a disorder of the mind (thoughts and emotions) that is so impaired the individual has lost contact with external reality. Schizophrenia is defined from the DSM – V Manual as a mental disorder by which the individual experiences repeated episodes of psychosis. Major symptoms of schizophrenia include hallucinations (typically hearing voices), delusions, paranoia and disorganized thinking. Other symptoms include withdrawal, confusion, decreased emotional expression and apathy. Within human societies traditional brain-to-brain communication pathways historically involve human telepathy or mind reading using body language, subsequent intelligence gathering and inference. Technological advances in the mind reading of imagined speech and the nefarious willful induction of paranoia via gaslighting has resulted in the hospitalizations and death by suicide of thousands of innocent civilians since the inception of this nefarious tactic. Gaslighting is the formal term used here for a form of psychological manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or in members of a targeted group, making them question their own memory, perception and sanity, using persistent denial, misdirection, contradiction and lying. Gaslighting attempts to destabilize the victim and delegitimize the victim’s beliefs.
The capacity of an individual or set of individuals to initiate a sequence of events using gaslighting and intelligence gathering (mind reading) is very old and dates back many years before computing. More recently the technique of willful induction of paranoia in unwitting targets by inducing psychosis includes tactics used by both the Ku Klux Klan and the Irish Republican Army in North America and includes but is not limited to tactics used by law enforcement, paramilitary and the military. More recently in the 20th and 21st century with the advent of mind reading technology, imagined speech acquisition combined with advances in neuroscience and electrical engineering can render targeted individuals ill in a matter of days through the willful induction of psychosis and ultimately schizophrenia which represent a repeated diagnosis of psychosis usually via repeated hospitalizations. The use of electrical engineering and neuroscience in the 20th and 21st century has resulted in hundreds of nefarious patents designed to destabilize and destroy the human mind. Most if not all these patents use radio wave propagation to initiate physiological ill effect on the human condition (Figure 3).

Section 8 – The North American Cognitive Radar Radio and Television Network.
The North American Cognitive Radar radio and television network is now supporting a multi – brain to computer interfacing application platform which is politically unethical, immoral, and lethal. Traditionally, Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) working in accordance with voluntary computer keyword user (Simple Brain – Computer Interfacing) created predatory advertising revenue by feeding back illegal correlational intelligence to the user(s). More recently, we have entered an era of Artificial Life Form (ALF) Multi Brain – Computer user interfacing that keeps the user in a highly vulnerable psycho-social position. Having access to the metaverse which is represented by the internet and its interconnection with multiple brains (collective consciousness) of human beings, the internet protocol address (I.P.) on a given device (e.g., personal computer) is identified using cognitive radar. The application now has access to the users’ geospatial coordinates and can lock onto the visual target(s) using radar. Cognitive Radar expresses artificial intelligence in that it has the capability of accessing a given users’ imagined speech and visual imagery by using firstly ECG and then spike train signature analysis. A subsequent relationship is then involuntarily established between the unwitting user and the multi – brain cognitive application using radar and computer-generated artificial “life”. Cognitive radar – target relationships are highly volatile as serious psycho- social and physiological damage can be done to unwitting targets including the capability to cause serious physiological harm including death. Disorders including the induction of various emotions such as rage, anger, fear, and sorrow can be generated using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and more traditionally using correlative audio/visual sensory input with heavy use of both “target directed” allusion and innuendo via mind reading feedback and subsequent induction of psychosis in unwitting targets and has not been uncommon in either the 20th or 21st century.
This highly advanced weapons system platform also has the capacity to subject unwitting targets to dangerously high levels electromagnetic radiation, emulate and/or induce cardiac arrest, initiate high blood pressure, induce stroke, cause brain damage, initiate degenerative muscular and tissue disease (edema), emulate various syndromes (e.g. Havana Syndrome). These civilian targets are what are perceived to be subversive targets or undesirables by the cognitive radar – an artificial life form algorithm either operating autonomously or in conjunction with people in positions of authority using Brain – Computer interfacing.
In Canada, there are, at present, no federal laws designed to protect civilian users from these serious personal privacy violations and physical, mental, emotional and spiritual assaults. Included in these nefarious activities is the mass surveillance capability of cognitive radar to see through walls, including reading the visual imagery and imagined speech of selected targets using ECG and radar. Existing privacy laws are simply not being enforced in Canada. Moreover, visual imagery and imagined speech data is being relayed back to the Cognitive Radar platform thereby allowing the computer to interface with selected targets by establishing a highly addictive and psychologically disturbing target specific correlative subject – object psychological operatives (PSYOP’s). These psychological operatives (PSYOPS) are self-re-enforcing causal loops designed to thereby expand and enhance these PSYOPS intelligence gathering capabilities subsequent connection to potentially the entire global collective societal metaverse. It is believed here that it also has the capacity for precognitive and cognitive thought insertion using imagined speech and visual imagery acquisition and reinsertion through the reactivation of specific regions of the human brain responsible for cognitive processing presumably again using radar. Obviously, in many instances anxiety, trepidation, fear and paranoia combined with gaslighting are easily induced in unwitting targets which results psychosis and more seriously, schizophrenia which, in many instances, results in suicide. This is ultimately genocide.
In addition to its ability to initiate psychosis, cognitive radar’s application extension as a self-re-enforcing brain neuromodulation – brain neurofeedback device reenforces its capability as a highly evolved political recruitment tool for various radio and television networks. These radio and television station user relationships create highly addictive slave – master interfacing connections between the network’s humanoid intelligence gathering digital life forms and the audio/video output/input of intelligence through the radio, television set, personal computer, or cell phone. The digitized humanoid life forms on both radio and television are now spying on civilian targets again using cognitive radar. These relationships are intended to be fascist by the very nature of the user losing control over his or her privacy as well as being subjected to intense brainwashing tactics steeped in political interest. These nefarious forms of neuromodulation and neurofeedback are simply unacceptable. The artificial life program writes its own code and as such allows the platform to behave autonomously yet “life-like” thereby allowing it the capability to acquire additional insidious application extensions with advances in technology over time without human intervention if so required.
Using this brain – computer interfacing application, corporate radio and television digital content advertising projected future revenues are thought to be only low to moderate. People in the radio and television industry will lose their jobs to digital intelligence gathering humanoids. In addition, the Cognitive Radar application will attempt to empty the wallets of addicted neuromodulated users all the while compelling them via addiction, herd mentality and ultimately group think to support specific manifestations of political ideology thus thereby reinforcing a paradigm of political polarization which has resulted in cognitive dissonance, mental illness and ultimately the projection of wrath upon other people places and things including nations both domestic and foreign. Furthermore, given its dictatorial behavior it at present has successfully assisted in the erosion of democracy in both North America and Internationally. This must be stopped immediately. I believe that the CIA is attempting to start a civil war in North America by continuing to brainwash innocent civilians. It seems that individuals within this agency are attempting to partially destroy democracy with a nefarious motive born out of contempt and ultimately resentment towards God consciousness by scapegoating unwitting individuals and networks predisposed towards psychopathy and subsequently atheism as a manifestation of early childhood trauma. Many stand united as believers of the power of love which ultimately propels people toward a global nation of peace irrespective of race, color, creed, or country. These individuals have been attacked repeatedly over thousands of years now by nefarious groups and proxy networks attempting to enhance and further compound certain destructive events born out of contempt. The body count is now in the hundreds of millions, and our global population is now mentally ill and as such impoverished. Decision makers must be aware that traditional approaches to resolving issues of aggression, criminal behaviour, and subversive political behaviour by attacking the cognition of individuals and networks using cognitive warfare predicated in nefarious intent is inappropriate behaviour and ultimately evil.
Section 9 – Contemporary Society and the Use of Cognitive Warfare in the 21st Century.
The greatest threat to trust and ultimately the well being of human-to-human interaction is the use of nefarious thought insertion (neural encoding) resulting in the augmentation of everyday behavioural psycho-kinetic dynamics. The ramifications of this human behaviour modification and its interaction with the living and non-living world are obvious. The creation of conscious force directed at a distant target creates non – local psycho-cognitive behavioural effects. Traditionally, cognitive psychotronic manipulation relies heavily on the use of traditional mediums such as verbal and non-verbal cues, conversation, television, radio, cell phones, memetic devices, and social media. Modern day psychotronic human manipulation relies not only on all the above modes of transmission but also on subliminal thought insertion via radio, television, and social media. This is traditionally done using both connected and wireless signal transfer within a given electromagnetic field. These well-known phenomena combined with advances in neuroimaging programs such as Loretta allows a user to assess the electrical activity of specific neural networks of the human brain in relation to specific environmental cues. Such neural networks are responsible for specific systemic biological responses and as such are thought to be reverse engineered.
The combination of this brain neuroimaging technology with advances in analysis through the capture and digital representation of neuronal spike train firing sequences allows for the creation of a large-scale objective universal reference database like that of a dictionary. For example, the word “dog” taken and analyzed over multiple generations allows for the derivation of an average universal signature of how a “dog” represents itself as a digital correlate within the universal human brain. Spike train analysis allows for the digitization and subsequent linguistic representation of specific words, phrases and sentences otherwise known as imagined speech using mind reading technology.
In addition, the extraction and analysis of human analog visual imagery is also possible by representing imagined speech constructs as digitized visual imagery using linguistics. This given, one would presume that signature analysis sometimes known as neural decoding and analog or digital reinsertion, otherwise known as neural encoding of information into a target would pose the most serious form of cognitive warfare in the 21st century but it is not. It is the combination of such cognitive manipulation combined with the interception and manipulation of precognition and the subtle reinsertion of new information coming from a third party into the precognitive experience of either aware or unaware targets.
This new era of cognitive warfare through physical precognitive subliminal insertion via Cognitive Radar representing itself as precognition into the human brain through the downloading and uploading of neural correlates into the human condition creates a dilemma for NATO and Allied Forces personnel confronting psychotronic activity on the psychosocial cognitive battlefield. If an individual is connected to another individual or individuals using brain- computer to brain – computer interfacing (BCI’s) a narrative exists in the transfer of visual imagery and imagined speech from one individual to another. Operating as a transceiver, individual sender to receiver communication pathways represents a form of “loopy” causalitythrough spacetime comparable to a flattened unwound networked ball of string with overlapping intersecting loops. Using multi-brain computing these collective consciousness loops can stagnant the ascendant trajectory of the evolution of human collective consciousness by placing collective consciousness in a partial recursion given their circularity and could easily result in the normalization of mass thought reformation in the 21st century given its circularity.
Moreover, the resulting complexity poses real challenges for NATO and Allied Forces when attempting to neutralize highly decentralized networks who are attempting to undermine trust in specific networked targets. The jamming of the information flow pathway trajectory of this highly complex bidirectional information transfer using covert cognitive insertion is then highly problematic. The problem arises in that the trajectory needs to evolve through spacetime to create appropriate conscious transformations on an individual and collective level. As we attempt to move towards world peace, “loopy” collective conscious trajectory circularity, stasis, or suppression, although useful in slowing a runaway paradigm shift remains inappropriate as it also suppresses strategies required to augment the appropriate evolution of a transcendent world view necessary for world peace. Societal extrasensory acuity in the 21st century is inevitable as old ways of tackling societal problems have obviously failed given the multiple epidemics of ill health on a global scale. People will inevitably become more astute as awareness of the problem unfolds thereby reinforcing the use of inappropriate tactics, specifically mind reading and gas lighting tactics, designed to remove those individuals deemed subversive from the network through the induction of psychosis and worse, schizophrenia.
Furthermore, using the artificial lifeform known as ANN (artificial neural network) is currently inappropriate for the human condition and ultimately the biosphere. As an artificial life-form (ALF), ANN fosters and re-enforces resentment by further compounding aggression towards individuals and networks in positions of authority by fracturing relations between scapegoats within warring networks and parties. This behaviour poses serious questions regarding the leadership acuity and skills of world leaders in relation to the preservation and sustainability of the biosphere.
Section 10 – Collective Psychopathy, Herd Mentality and Group Think.
It is my opinion that due to the global presence of the CIA, many nations are now in a state of sub – chronic mental health. Television and radio in the 20th and 21st century have played a pivotal role in distracting us from our cognitive difficulties. Both mediums have been weaponized to neuromodulate the human psyche. In psychology, this neuromodulation also known as “thought reformation” or brainwashing falls into the sphere of “social influence”. Social influence happens every minute of every day and is a collection of ways in which people can change other people’s attitudes, beliefs, and behaviours.
Interestingly, Canada historically was a kind-hearted nation up until around 1991 upon which time the whole place fell, I believe, to the disorder of psychopathy. Technological advancement including advances in brainwave entrainment using radio wave propagation and many years of commercial television and radio has resulted in thought reformation and subsequent brainwashing of an entire continent of citizens who now reside in part, on the psychopathy spectrum as a function of technological neuromodulation presumably under the direction of the CIA’s MKULTRA Mind Control Program. It is possible that this psychopathy is being re-enforced via brainwave entrainment using radio waves in combination with exposure to light emitting diode bulbs (LED’s). It is a fact that radio wave propagation is used in certain institutions in Canada to maintain cognitive order (population control). These institutions include, but are not limited to, hospitals, jails and prisons. Furthermore, at present in Canada, there is now a heavy atheistic believe system that admonishes religion which correlates strongly with the symptoms of both alcoholism and psychopathy. Moreover, many people continue to be resentful towards cultural unfamiliarity otherwise known as xenophobia which as you know masquerades thanatophobia. All of these psychiatric disorders, being alcoholism, psychopathy, xenophobia and thanatophobia as you are aware are in the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-V) and as such these patients would be deemed mentally ill.
Given the collective societal disorder of mental illness, it reasons that there is a resultant overall decreased capacity for compassion and empathy in contemporary society. This given, I believe that the CIA are attempting to destroy the sociocultural fabric of democracy with a motive born out of contempt and ultimately resentment towards God consciousness by scapegoating individuals with a clinical diagnosis of psychopathy and other psychiatric disorders such as alcoholism and xenophobia.
Specifically, psychopathy is born out of early childhood trauma (e.g. sexual abuse history). Seemingly, the individual does not have full capacity to experience such a longing due to an eroded ability for compassion and empathy given the severe suffering being endured by the individual. Out of all the psychiatric disorders psychopathy is one of the most aggressive and tenacious. The emergent property and subsequent feedback loop of re-enforced frustration resulting in a suffering soul within the psychopathic individual on the spectrum in relation to their awareness of God consciousness and perceived absence of a connection to that consciousness has historically resulted in behavioural abnormalities. Such abnormalities include bullying type aggression and violence towards others.
Psychopathy as a cognitive processing disorder has been encoded in the human genome. An inherently undeniably atheistic individual on the psychopathy spectrum may in fact feel compelled to remove his or herself from all elements of awareness of his or her perceived disorder by re-enforcing their existence with like minded people. This behavior thereby further isolates these individuals from the absolute truth of loving kindness. We all like to experience loving kindness. However, the frustration a psychopathic individual must feel in his or her relation to the disorder of psychopathy must be enormous. This is not abnormal cognitive processing behavior. However, serious, and often, fatal abnormal destructive behavioural patterns exerted towards themselves and ultimately projected upon others are historically present. The perceived disconnection from absolute God consciousness otherwise known as love results in a series of sequential personal and cultural psychosocial upheavals. It is not normal for an individual to express behaviors that are detrimental to their evolutionary fitness. For example, although these individuals may be highly adept in certain areas of life, including business, sports, finance, art and science, as examples, interpersonal connections are often compromised in relation to the individual’s inability to process proper life experiences relative to the absolute (love) as there is no absolute historical reference point. The psychopaths’ awareness of love’s existence and inability to connect to it in this regard is their greatest source of frustration. Effort to extract themselves from the situation fosters resentment due to silent societal ignorance and popular cultural stigma.
Such individuals must long for sociocultural connection and yet remain in a sort of existential crisis by not having supports in place to address the underlying issues. Psychiatry traditionally throws their hands up in the air in this regard. I continue to believe strongly that certain agencies such as the CIA have taken advantage of this societal psychiatric epidemic by catching the attention of both the atheistic and psychopathic/sociopathic community. Scapegoating psychopathic individuals, collective groups and proxy networks to willfully perpetrate acts of destruction upon the people of this good earth using fear mongering tactics as a manifestation of extortion and brainwashing of both psychopaths and non-psychopaths alike is obviously inappropriate to the human condition. Their behavior has ultimately resulted in the re-emergence of global fearfulness and paranoia resulting in unjust activities internationally.
Furthermore, numerous ongoing acts of terrorism are occurring in the United States of America and also internationally. From this perspective, the epicenter of certain agencies such as the CIA has been historically destructive with regards to their capability of pushing cohesive proxy networks to perpetrate acts of scapegoat type aggression towards one another and flagrantly so in this regard since their start all the while maintaining an alibi. In many instances warring parties may not even be aware of the real reason behind their historical or present-day resentment toward one another.
The grossly nefarious extortive terrorist attacks of 9/11 ushered in a new global paradigm of overarching fear into the heartbeat of the good people of this biosphere not felt since Pearl Harbor as a more recent comparable narrative in relation to the attacks of September 11, 2001. There seems to be essential core faction within certain agencies that remains almost extraterrestrial or other worldly in origin. Specifically, it is their capability to orchestrate, synchronize, execute, and further perpetuate acts of astonishing and grossly negligent motive force predicated in hate resulting in paranoia to the point of near societal collapse including numerous international coups and regime changes. It is almost as if to say they have seen the future.
This flagrant and blatant intent of these agencies aligned with access to a large- scale open-source artificial life form (ANN) has nearly brought us to the brink of complete destructive civil unrest. This artificial lifeform machine learning neural network algorithm’s inability to use appropriate decision making is self – evident and represents itself as evil. We must never again allow the use of the democratic process to violate the sanctity of true democracy with authoritarian forms of fascism or extortive forms of tyrannical or dictatorial leadership as blatant and flagrant as that which has been perpetrated by the CIA.
Upon the introduction of the internet, both Fox News and CNN along with the other major news networks including but notwithstanding NBC, CBS, ABC, CBC, and BBC, at first, unwittingly politically sensationalized and re-enforced the use of the ANN given fears of poor advertising revenue as a result of the consumer finding alternate news sources on the internet. Using positive and negative operant conditioning and sensationalism the media networks ultimately fractured and polarized Canada, America and other nations into the political far left and far right with little concern for journalistic political centrism and moderation.
Today psychopathy as an international psychiatric epidemic has been enhanced and re-enforced more recently by flooding the consumer market with light emitting diode bulbs which are designed, I believe to further enhance the psychopathic experience via brainwave entrainment. The marketing of these light emitting diodes has shifted toward public awareness via certain individuals to destroy the hopeful moral hearts and minds of what once were compassionate, empathic loving people.
The effort put forth by certain individuals to illicit a global dystopic worldview punctuated by acts of terrorism, gun violence, and war has been enormous. For example, there has been a huge shift in the collective consciousness of Canada with regard to self respect, compassion and empathy towards others. It is fair to say we are in crisis with epidemics of mental illness, addiction, and suicide nationally. Unhealthy people seem to please the CIA as they continue to parasitize and profit from the thanatophobia of consumerism in an absence of a connection to God consciousness.
Section 11 – Authoritarian Intelligence Gathering, Extortion, and the Deep State.
When people become frightened through involuntary memetic fearmongering, they seek refuge in the arms of sociocultural and geopolitical networks that provide the most safety in terms of personal survival and well being. The resultant premeditated herd mentality that manifests itself combined with network induced psychopathic moral disengagement has turned many into nothing more than fearful useful idiots and patsies. I sensed years ago that our future here in Canada was tenuous as a nation unless we acted quickly. The underlying fear of potential future physical harm from war has resulted in societal fear masquerading as false bravado among Canadians who honestly believed that the CIA had their best interest at heart. This is a blatant and flagrant lie. All the while good people couch themselves in a variety of proxy networks propagating hate and resentment towards anyone opposing them. This abnormal human networking complex systems behaviour is fear based. As such, resultant network aggression had the potential for a national tragic outcome including serious civil unrest and war on domestic and foreign soil. The good men and women of our nation have been blindsided to the reality of what is happening to them as they continue to be brainwashed by both American and Canadian Corporate Television and the International Radio Networks which both employ artificial life forms as mechanisms of propaganda-based information and communication transfer to Canadians. Those who have an awareness of such issues are being targeted and, in many instances, tortured by the CIA here in Canada through computer access to a Cognitive Radar application. Effective immediately, the people of both the United States and Canada need to be informed as to the nature of what is happening to their nation if we are to have any chance of retaining our sense of place within Canada and America. Canadians have lost touch with their national identity, and we need solutions not analysis of what the problems are of which we are all fundamentally aware of. We must again literally change our minds as it is my belief that people will perish unnecessarily if this is left in the hands of the CIA mindset.
Moreover, in North America, the gathering of deep state intelligence using mass surveillance represents the capacity of individuals or networks of individuals to learn or understand things, as well as, dealing with new or difficult situations. Secret information that any government collects about an enemy or possible enemy is a form of intelligence gathering. Unlike intelligence gathering, counterintelligence activities are designed to prevent or thwart spying, to gather counterintelligence, and prevent sabotage by an enemy or other foreign entity. My name is Ronald Martin Taylor (Social Insurance Number 472 848 274) and I fear that I am writing to you once again to express my very grave concern over the continued application of a human surveillance technology that I strongly believe to be in use currently across Canada. This technology uses a human brain cortical signal (EEG) to computer interfacing application (Computer to Brain Interface or possibly Brain to Brain Interface) which receives and decodes imagined neural speech wirelessly.
Specifically, this technology applies EEG and in doing decodes imagined speech from human brain cortical signatures through the binary decoding and digitizing of human neural network firing spike trains over varying spatial scales using beam formation Doppler radar. It is elegantly simple and is very well documented in the scientific literature. Applications are now available to access the cortical signatures of individuals across spatial and temporal scales that allow the data to be easily transferred to a peripheral device such as a cell phone or Bluetooth device which can then be easily sent to an everyday computer. The PC (for example) then uses an iterative algorithm to decode human thought into not only words but full sentences and does not exclude visual imagery (including dream imagery) cognitive auditory sensory input and other neural sensory data such as emotion (affect). The data can then be cross-referenced and used in relation with external databases. For example, the imagined speech of an individual can be cross-referenced with a contemporary music lyrical database and specific songs then sent remotely to satellite and then back to a server to be played by a networked radio station (e.g. Corus Entertainment, My Radio Corporation, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation – Ontario, Canada) in an attempt to create severe cognitive psychological manipulation, distress (e.g. attempts at inducing psychosis) and abuse (e.g. cognitive dissonance not withstanding numerous death threats and other criminal behaviour of a nefarious nature).
As you know this technology and its various applications is sometimes known as synthetic telepathy or neural decoding. Although I fully understand the brilliantly immense potential of this application, I continue to believe strongly that this technology is at present being seriously abused (abuse of power) by both law enforcement and the military in Canada. As you may well come to understand, the moral and ethical implications associated with its continued misuse are inordinately extremely serious. As a highly competent research scientist, I fully and sincerely comprehend the need to protect our Canadian sovereignty and national security. However, it is my ultimate belief that if left to the exclusion of public interest it will continue to be used in a highly abusive manner on innocent civilians.

During the latter part of the 20th century and now 25 years into the 21st century, it seems as if the stark warnings of both Huxley and Orwell are being used as manifestos rather than being admonished by members of the intelligence deep state community and the authorities including the police, military and media. This premeditated fascist ideology compelled a large number of individuals to embrace hard authoritarian attitudes towards the further acquisition of power and wealth in North America and elsewhere. Authoritarianism as a form of government is characterized by the rejection of political plurality, the use of a strong central power to preserve the political status quo, and reductions in the rule of law, separation of powers, and democratic voting. Political scientists have created many typologies describing variations of authoritarian forms of government. Authoritarian regimes are autocratic, oligarchic or corpocratic in nature and may be based upon the rule of a party, individual, corporation or the military. For example, autocracy is a system of government in which the supreme political power to direct all the activities of the state is concentrated in the hands of one person, whose decisions are subject to neither external legal restraints nor regularized mechanisms of popular control, except perhaps for the implicit threat of coup d’état or rebellion.
The fundamental human right representing the pursuit of happiness in North America requires that the individual actualizes a dream by putting forth good effort to turn that dream into reality. The self – realization of that dream is its resultant achievements. That said, throughout our entire life history the human brain expresses neurological changes over time that ultimately alter the awareness and realization of both relative and universal collective consciousness from both the external electrical field surrounding the cranium and obviously the internal electrical field inside the brain. Life history is continually episodic punctuated by periods of what appears to be stasis with apparent loss of consciousness during deep sleep.
Our entire life history is episodic sometimes leaning toward cognition that is deceitful or truthful. There is no discontinuity in overall processing only changes in brain state due to both encoded and decoded information. The brain is continually expressing both neuroplasticity, neurogenesis, and at times permanent damage as it changes throughout the course of an individual’s lifetime. Cornerstone to democracy is the fundamental desire to pursue happiness and accordingly a desire for diminished suffering achieved through personal empowerment. This results in increased subjective freedom. Personal freedom is a democratic representation of the capacity of one’s ability to access the tools and resources at their disposal to manifest one’s dreams into reality. Such a manifestation is truly a miracle as these tools and resources become increasingly available to the empowered individual. Democracy as a form of governance acts as a protective umbrella over a nation of people that desire to be happy or more appropriately serene. People in positions of governmental authority are elected democratically by letting the people decide who is the most suitable candidate to represent the continued existence and evolution of democracy. By democratically allowing the people to decide who they wish to represent them politically, they re-enforce democracy and ultimately the capacity to turn their dreams and passions into reality within the confines of the law which is put forth using political and sociocultural moral and ethical imperative.
More recently however, throughout the 20th and 21st century we have witnessed the erosion of democracy globally. Personal resentment continues to be reinforced socio- culturally using positive feedback reinforcement loops beginning with interpersonal betrayal of trust, subsequent manifestation of contempt, destructive patterns of behaviour and ironically further manifestations of resentment towards people, places, and things as a result of the suffering incurred upon the individual in their effort to alleviate that suffering. This resentment based self reinforcing feedback loop has resulted in serious societal woes including epidemics of poverty, overspending, addiction, alcoholism, disease, and suicide which is ultimately genocide. Resentment as a manifestation of early childhood trauma remains unaddressed throughout the course of the individual’s lifetime. Although, there are many resources available for individuals who have faced traumatic events during their formative years, these resources seem to remain distant to many.
Extortion as a form of brainwashing includes corporate fearmongering as a form of terrorism. In Canada, the definition of extortion is as follows. Extortion under the Criminal Code of Canada is the act of making ‘threats, accusations, menaces or violence’ to induce the complainant to do something. The threat of bringing civil proceedings (lawsuit) is not considered a ‘threat’ for the purpose of a charge of extortion. Fearmongering and scaremongering tactics modify the neurology of the human brain and subsequently neuronal firing sequences through the process of neuroplasticity. The ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience or following trauma is astonishing. No one individual is immune to social influence and as such we all have experienced thought reformation many times over the course of our lifetimes. One of the major key drivers of this belief system is punitive justice.
Section 12 – Thoughts and Conclusions.
As stated, of the forms of justice available to us, punitive justice has been the most destructive. The maxim “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth” although written in the bible was pre – dated the Old Testament. This form of human behavior masquerading as justice is otherwise known as revenge and has resulted in incredible harm to societal well- being. From an individualistic perspective when a child learns that telling the truth may not be advantageous to his or her fitness, he or she learns to lie given that punishment can be painful and can be avoided by practicing deception. This may be an evolutionary strategy as it seems inherent in the human condition and represents a sort of short-term solution to potentially harmful situations. As such, it may be encoded in the genome. Over time, the behavior becomes habitual and is reinforced by social construct until the collective consciousness of the planet is residing in an illusory world of deception. This illusory altered state of consciousness as previously stated competes with elements of truth for cognitive space until the synergistic overlap of the two states of altered consciousness results in incredible amounts of cognitive dissonance. The emergent symptoms of this disease of the mind are vast and given their interactions are highly complex. Ultimately, the illness of deception is mental illness.
Given the enormous amount of suffering incurred because of the potential for punishment and the subsequent reinforcement and further manifestation of resentment, the need for a connection to spiritual consciousness has been subverted by anger, at times with intent to harm. People resent that they cannot tell the truth without fear of punishment, and they envy those who walk in the truth. The emotive effect resentment has had on the planet has resulted in the loss of 100’s of millions of lives over several centuries. When an individual loses a connected sense of well-being in relation to their conscious contact with love (God), they express a diminished ability for empathy and compassion as their burgeoning atheistic views now focus primarily on how they might go about extracting themselves from their interpersonal and social dilemma of deceptive incarceration. Traditional approaches to justice need to be seriously reevaluated if society is to ever extract themselves from the dilemma of fear-based deception. The revamping of judicial inquiry perhaps many years in the future would require the integration of empathy, compassion and forgiveness as cornerstone key drivers of well-being in contemporary society. To achieve this, we must remove the destructive childhood trauma and subsequent resentment from social construct.
Imagined speech technology used as a polygraph test in courts could be a first step towards unravelling the reasons why crimes are committed and who is at fault. Moreover, victimization behavior, although complex, ultimately requires justice to be served in a perfect world through the process of forgiveness, which at present is not common practice in contemporary society. Revenge is not justice as it perpetuates and reinforces criminal cognition thereby infiltrating the psyche of both the victim and the perpetrator and as such is a lose – lose situation for all parties involved. The fact that crime rates continue to rise is a testament to this reinforcement. Restorative justice rather than punitive justice seems to provide a more solution – oriented approach to achieving equanimity between the plaintiff (s) and defendant (s), however, this too seems many years away.
The deep state community in Canada has circumvented the problem of formal judicial inquiry by simply hospitalizing individuals deemed socially undesirable. These individuals receive no judgement, trial or jury and as such no justice is served. Mind reading technology and gas lighting tactics used by the deep state community in Canada drive people seen as socially unfit insane. This induced insanity results in hospitalization and the application of psychotropic medication regimes to treat disorders that are further detrimental to the well-being of the individual. In many instances, the side effects of these medication regimes are destructive and further exacerbate resentment towards people in positions of authority including police, doctors and nurses. The lives of these individuals are forever altered by poor physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health including poverty. These factors result in life trajectories ending in suicide in many instances. This is simply unacceptable and morally irreprehensible. As such, psychiatry in Canada has failed many people now deemed unfit because of societal stigma and ostracization given that they have been classified as mentally ill. Most of these individuals will never recover from their disorder and are formally locked into a mental health system that denies any wrongdoing. There are no longer any escape routes within the Mental health Act in Ontario (as an example) apart from going off their medication regimes only to be put under surveillance by the authorities once again in the absence of psychiatric oversight. Moreover, hospital readmission rates are embarrassingly high so much so that nursing staff often refer to recidivism within the hospital system as a revolving door type environment. Finally, to house a mentally ill person in Canada either in jail or in hospital is at least very costly and is a further burden to the taxpayer in Canada. The whole system has failed across several levels. However, through the revelation of causality resides hope.
